Latex paint disposal

Latex Paint Disposal Options for Oregon

Oregon has a unique program for recycling leftover latex paint.  Collection sites throughout the region accept latex paint from homeowners and contractors and resell the recycled product.  Residential customers are charged a nominal fee of $5 per load (up to 35 gallons).  Commercial businesses are charged on a per/gallon basis (typically $1-$7.00).  Note, this program is only available to Conditionally Exempt Generators.
